Terms of Use
These terms apply to everyone using the EduDiamond AI mobile app (the “App”). By starting to use the App you accept these terms. The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.
If you sign in with your EduDiamond account, the EduDiamond Terms of Use also apply.
1. Parties
Service provider: Codesseum Yapay Zeka Hiz. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Codesseum”), Fevzi Çakmak Mah. İstanbul Cad. No 68/4, Yalova, Türkiye, help@edudiamond.com. The App is offered under the EduDiamond brand. User: a student, teacher or other person using the App with an individual account or an EduDiamond institution account. Institution: the school subscribed to EduDiamond with which the user is registered.
Accounts of institution users are opened and closed by the institution; Codesseum is not responsible for the relationship between the institution and the user.
2. Service
The App solves the school question you photograph or type step by step with AI and explains school topics. The goal is to teach how to reach the answer, not just the answer. The App is only for school questions and topics; chat, coaching and off-topic requests are not answered.
3. Account and security
- You sign in with Apple, Google, an email link or an EduDiamond institution account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for actions taken with your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us (help@edudiamond.com) or, for institution users, your institution administrator immediately.
- Individual users under 13 need parental consent to solve questions.
- You can delete your individual account at any time via Profile > “Delete account”: Account and Data Deletion.
4. AI outputs
Solutions are generated by AI; they may be wrong or incomplete and are suggestions. Check important matters with your teacher or textbook. You may use outputs only for personal learning.
5. Acceptable use
Prohibited: using the App to cheat in exams or assessments; sending off-topic, unlawful or harmful content or other people’s personal data; trying to access other users’ data; trying to bypass security measures or usage limits; overloading the service with automated tools; reverse engineering the software; unauthorised scraping. We may suspend or close your account in such cases.
6. Fees, subscriptions and cancellation
- The free plan includes 5 solutions per day, renewed at midnight Türkiye time. Photos that cannot be solved or read, and requests not answered due to server load, do not count.
- Use is free for users coming through an EduDiamond institution.
- EduDiamond AI Plus offers unlimited solutions, monthly or yearly. The price is shown in the store before purchase. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, you will be charged.
- Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage and cancel it in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.
7. Service continuity
We aim for uninterrupted operation; maintenance, infrastructure or AI provider outages, or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. We may change the scope, daily limits and features of the service with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the App, its design and software belong to Codesseum. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the App. Rights in the questions you upload belong to you or the relevant publisher; we process them only to provide you with solutions.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”; it is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Codesseum is not liable for decisions made on the basis of AI outputs, for actions users take with their own accounts, or for indirect damages. Liability is in any case limited to the subscription fee paid for the relevant period. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
10. Termination
You may end the agreement at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end the service for serious breach of these terms. For institution users, access may end with the institution’s EduDiamond subscription or by the institution’s decision. Deletion after termination follows the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Information Notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction; your rights to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts as a consumer are reserved.
13. Changes
When the terms change, the date at the top changes; significant changes are announced in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.
